When scientists finally got around to testing cannabis at a molecular level, they found that the effects of cannabis have almost nothing to do with whether it’s labeled as Indica or Sativa. Their studies showed that strains labeled as Indica were often just as similar to Sativa strains as they were to other Indica strains.
